Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how The June 4th Group LLC, doing business as J4 Group, collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through the Service.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to J4 Group websites, Nash, June, customer onboarding, support, subscription administration, and authorized communications. It does not apply to third-party services governed by their own privacy policies.
The Service is intended for business customers. If a customer submits personal information about employees, customers, or other individuals, the customer is responsible for providing required notices and having a lawful basis for that submission. Depending on context, the customer may be the controller or business and J4 Group may act as a processor or service provider.
2. Information we collect
Information provided to us
- business name, category, location, timezone, website, public profiles, and business goals;
- owner, operator, and authorized-user names, email addresses, phone numbers, roles, and account settings;
- plan, subscription, billing status, transaction identifiers, and payment metadata supplied by the payment processor;
- onboarding answers, instructions, approvals, denials, revision notes, support requests, and communications;
- optional files, photographs, logos, menus, promotions, event information, and other Customer Content; and
- permissions and status information for connected third-party accounts.
Information collected automatically
- device, browser, IP-derived security information, timestamps, session and authentication events;
- pages viewed, feature interactions, approval and delivery events, errors, diagnostics, and performance data;
- cookies and similar technologies needed for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and reliability; and
- audit records used to preserve customer instructions and prevent unauthorized or duplicate actions.
Information from other sources
- public business websites, menus, listings, social pages, review sites, event pages, weather sources, and other public sources;
- connected providers and social networks after customer authorization; and
- service providers involved in payments, email, security, analytics, or account administration.
3. Information we ask customers not to provide
Do not provide payment-card numbers outside the approved payment processor, banking passwords, private social-network passwords, authentication recovery codes, unnecessary government identifiers, health information, biometric information, employee files, or customer lists unless J4 Group has expressly approved a secure collection purpose and provided appropriate terms.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- create and administer accounts and subscriptions;
- authenticate users and protect the Service;
- create the Nash workspace and June briefings;
- prepare, review, revise, and deliver customer-authorized work;
- identify source-linked business, review, seasonal, and local opportunities;
- process exact customer approvals, denials, account permissions, and delivery records;
- provide support, respond to requests, and resolve billing issues;
- communicate about the account, security, approvals, service status, and changes;
- process payments and maintain transaction records;
- monitor performance, detect misuse, debug errors, and improve safety and reliability;
- comply with law and enforce agreements; and
- create aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify a person or customer.
5. AI processing
J4 Group uses AI providers and automated systems to prepare, summarize, draft, classify, and evaluate work. Customer Content may be sent to approved AI providers only as needed to provide the Service and subject to configured contractual and technical controls.
J4 Group does not use Customer Content to train an unrelated general-purpose model without separate, express permission. We may use de-identified operational measurements to improve reliability, safety, routing, and quality.
6. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to:
- hosting, database, storage, authentication, and infrastructure providers;
- payment processors;
- email and communication providers;
- AI and content-processing providers;
- analytics, error-monitoring, and security providers;
- social networks and connection providers when authorized by the customer;
- professional advisers under confidentiality obligations;
- authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security; and
- a buyer, successor, or participant in a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate protections.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics.
7. Payment information
Payment-card details are collected and processed by the payment processor. J4 Group receives transaction identifiers, subscription state, limited card descriptors, billing contact information, and related records needed to administer the subscription. J4 Group does not intentionally store complete card numbers or card security codes.
8. Social-account information
Customers authenticate directly with the social network or approved connection provider. J4 Group may receive account identifiers, authorization status, permissions, delivery status, and related operational data. Connecting an account does not authorize a post. Customers may revoke access through the provider or network, subject to provider procedures.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies for authentication, security, session continuity, and preferences. We may use limited analytics and monitoring technologies to understand performance, detect errors, and improve the Service. Where required by law, non-essential technologies will be used only after appropriate notice and consent.
Browser settings may block cookies, but essential features may not work without them. J4 Group does not respond to legacy “Do Not Track” signals unless required by law. We will honor legally required universal opt-out signals where applicable.
10. Retention
Unless law, a legal hold, or a written customer agreement requires otherwise, J4 Group applies the following baseline:
- account profile, subscription, approval, and delivery history: while active and up to 7 years after account closure where needed for contract, audit, dispute, tax, or legal records;
- payment and invoice records: up to 7 years;
- Customer Content and uploaded files: while needed for the Service and deleted within 30 days after an approved deletion request or account closure, subject to backups and retained legal records;
- backups containing deleted Customer Content: overwritten or deleted within 90 days under ordinary cycles;
- support communications and case records: up to 3 years after closure;
- authentication, security, and application logs: ordinarily up to 12 months, longer when needed to investigate abuse or an incident;
- temporary access links and verification codes: expire automatically according to their stated validity;
- suppression, unsubscribe, and consent-revocation records: retained as long as reasonably necessary to honor the request; and
- de-identified information: retained as needed when it cannot reasonably be linked back to a person or customer.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These include access controls, tenant separation, encryption in transit, credential restrictions, logging, approval records, provider controls, and incident procedures where appropriate.
No system is completely secure. Contact support@thejune4thgroup.com immediately if you believe an account or information has been compromised.
12. Privacy rights and choices
Depending on location and applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or information about disclosures. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted.
Submit a request to support@thejune4thgroup.com. We may verify identity, authority, account relationship, and request scope. We will not discriminate for exercising a legal privacy right. We may retain information when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, suppression, legal claims, or other lawful exceptions.
Customers may manage account communications through Nash or support. Transactional, security, billing, and service messages may continue when necessary. Marketing unsubscribe requests will be honored.
13. State privacy disclosures
Where applicable state privacy law applies, J4 Group will provide the required access, correction, deletion, portability, appeal, opt-out, and authorized-agent procedures. J4 Group does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Requests and appeals may be sent to support@thejune4thgroup.com.
14. International processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where approved service providers operate. Where required, J4 Group will use recognized transfer protections.
15. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for adult business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information.
16. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice for material changes where required.
